My Name is Charles Heidelberg. I serve as Director of Recruitment and Outreach at Kalamazoo Valley Community College in Kalamazoo, MI. Over the years I have leveraged my understanding of military command and staff missions and planning to change lives in students. My background includes 12 years in the US Army as an Armored Cavalry and Intelligence Officer. I also have 16 years experience teaching and administrating in K-8 and Secondary schools. My opinions are my own and my unique blend of experiences help students succeed.
